7,000 stall steel parking structure at OAK

Large parking structure including Rental Car Customer Service Building at Oakland International Airport

KTA completed the design and Construction Documents for a new 7,000 stall parking structure at the Oakland International Airport. This 2.3 million square foot project, part of the Airport Development Program, was the largest steel parking structure in the world when designed. The project includes a rental car Customer Service Building and a pedestrian bridge connecting the parking structure to the main terminal. KTA is the Architect responsible for the design and planning of the parking structure and all required construction documents and coordination with the other aspects of the airport improvements.
