Upgrading a family home

The Bersin Family outgrew their small house on a picturesque wooded site in the Oakland Hills. The family wished to add to and remodel the house to better suit their needs. KTA designed a 1,200 square foot addition which includes a generous study, a new bedroom, bathroom, mudroom, laundry room and breakfast nook area. The existing kitchen, dining room and family room were also remodeled and expanded. KTA redesigned the front façade to create a strong relationship with the beautiful site and elegant neighborhood. KTA provided full Construction Administration services to help the family through the construction process.
